Human embryonic stem cells
Human embryonic stem cells, differentiated to cortical neurons and stained with mouse monoclonal antibody against ßIII-tubulin (TUJ1, Covance), a neuronal specific marker, which was detected with goat anti-mouse Alexa 488.
